These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at brabus.academy (the "Site"), operated by Brabus Academy ("Brabus," "we," "us," or "our"), a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy located in Lake Mary, Florida. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About this Site
The Site provides general information about Brabus Academy, its programs, founders, schedule, and how to get in touch. Content on the Site is provided for informational purposes only and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer; membership, pricing, schedules, and trial classes are confirmed directly with us.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by anyone else. In particular, you agree not to:

Information about training, programs, and safety on the Site is general and does not replace the in-person instruction, waivers, and agreements that apply when you train at the academy. See our Waiver & Safety notice for more.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brabus Academy and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Site, or update these Terms, at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida.
